Hi all, thanks for visiting my page & for your donation (hopefully that’s why you’re here)…

I’ve decided to take part Day One Trauma’s 100km movement challenge in June.


For me, that’s going to be made up of some indoor cycling, lots of walking & some running 😮 - well when I say running I mean a short jog on the treadmill but that’s great progress for me so I’ll take it!

They are an amazing charity who support people who have had catastrophic & life changing injuries in so many ways & they also offer support for their families & friends too!

My employer will also match fund up to £500 so it would be amazing to reach that! 

Day One are the only national charity to provide personalised care to anyone affected by any kind of catastrophic injury, their loved ones and their families – for as long it takes.

Your support today will mean the world to someone recovering from the emotional and physical trauma of a major injury.
