Walk 62 Miles in October

I am walking 62 miles in October, to help raise vital funds for Day One Trauma Support!

Day One are the only national charity to provide personalised care to anyone affected by any kind of catastrophic injury, their loved ones and their families – for as long it takes.

They don’t receive any Government or NHS funding and rely on the kindness of people like you. Every donation, big or small, brings me one step closer to my fundraising target

Your support today will mean the world to someone recovering from the emotional and physical trauma of a major injury.

Going to walk/run for trauma

Tuesday 23rd Sep
This is for everyone and myself. Dealing (or not dealing more to the point) is the reason for this. Trauma can tear you apart, forever wreck your life and have longlasting effects. It makes life become to a point were  life isn't worth being. Im fighting and doing it for everyone- I've felt it first hand and still do. Suicide becomes the nearest hurdle. Im only just here but could easy not at any point.
