My 100k in June

Has it really been 12 more months since my 100k in June began in support of Day One Trauma Support? Well here we go again!

Day One Trauma Support are an amazing charity! They genuinely help those people going through one of the most difficult experiences anyone could face in their lifetime. The short and long term assistance they provide to seriously injured individuals is incredible and I'd be delighted if friends and colleagues could sponsor me to help out.

Each year I learn a new lesson on how to approach this - never trust either the great british weather, or the not so great national rail service to get me to planned routes and don't restrict myself to a mode of activity to get the kilometres done. This year I'm not limiting myself to a route or a method, and will once again try and take in a number of landmark sites across the North West and North East throughout June.
